Why attend a baseball showcase?

Hi Coach Davis – My son, Adam Carroll, attended your showcase in 2007 and enjoyed the experience. Since his participation, Adam has received inquiries from several colleges about possibly playing baseball. Coaches at Earlham and Asbury have stated they pursued Adam based on comments and details given to them by coaches who watched the showcase.

Needless to say, this was a pleasant surprise and added benefit from your showcase. Adam has now received one baseball scholarship offer due to his participation in your showcase. Thanks for giving Adam the opportunity to work out in front of so many coaches and for getting Adam's name into the networking that coach coaches do. I will let you know where Adam will be playing next year in college.

OVS "Super 60" HS Baseball Prospects Camp

Mon - Wed, 12-14 July 2010

Players eligible to participate in the "Super-60" Prospects Camp will span four HS class years. Athletes must be entering their Soph (2013 grads), Junior (2012 grads) or Senior (2011 grads) year in Fall 2010. Seniors who have recently graduated (College Freshman in Fall '10), but not committed to play at the college level, may also participate.
* Limited to a maximum of 60 athletes!

The S-60 will provide multiple opportunities for each player to demonstrate their defensive and offensive skills:

• Each player will be evaluated in either their primary or secondary defensive position, as part of a drills-style practice

• Pitchers will be evaluated both in the bullpen and on the field under game conditions

• Additionally, all players will participate in a 3-to-4 -inning "game conditions" scrimmage to allow for further evaluation
